About me
I'm a senior product designer based in Glasgow, with 5+ years across design, research and engineering.
At SSE, I design experiences for some of the most complex journeys in energy, from onboarding and billing to metering and data. My work has cut customer onboarding times, reduced support contacts and brought AI into everyday tasks, helping customers submit meter readings and understand their energy use.
Before moving into design, I was a software engineer at NCR Atleos (formerly NCR), and I have a degree in computer science. That background means I design things that can actually be built, and I work closely and easily with engineers.
I'm fascinated by where AI is taking design. I've been exploring AI capabilities by designing and vibe coding my own AI experiences, from browser agents to multimodal assistants that understand text, voice, and images.
